Our compare, using the latest video screen (6' x 4') projection system, together with a professional sound system, will present the races with eight runners in each. Tote Tickets and Race Cards are provided with the option of jockey girls in silks to run the tote desk for you or you can have your own Tote Tickets and Race Cards printed either with your logo or your sponsors.

All our races have close finishes with the winner being in doubt right up to the post.  Your guests really will have something to shout about as they watch their selections battle it out...on the flat and over the fences!

The runners and riders are introduced on the screen, after which, the "punters" are free to try their luck! Our tote staff will be on hand to take bets, whilst our enthusiastic and professional compére cajoles the guests into parting with their money.

Fun Money:

Your guests play with Fun Money (or money personalised with your company logo and text).  The aim is to win the most fun money throughout the evening, the players winning the highest sums are given prizes at the evening's conclusion.  The fun money can, if you wish, be purchased during the evening for a small donation to a charity of your choice.

 

Guests can bet as teams or individuals.  At the start of the evening each person will receive equal amounts of "fun money £1000.00" and at the end of the 8 races the person/table with the most money is the winner.

What prizes should you offer to the winner(s)

Once the final race is run, all the accumulated money is banked and totalled, with a prize awarded to the team, or individuals, who have won the most money.

Winners at our past events have been presented with trophies, certificates, medals, bottles of champagne, hampers, DVD players and even holidays abroad!

Logistics:

How long before an event do you arrive and how long does it take you to set up and dismantle the equipment?

We always arrive at least one hour prior to the entertainment being provided. On average it takes 15 - 20 minutes to set up or dismantle the equipment. An event utilizing a considerable number of tables would require us to arrive earlier, to enable us to ensure that sufficient time has been allocated for setting up.

The event lasts approximately 2.5 hours depending on the number of guests.

We supply all our own equipment all that we require is a power socket.
