A Cabaret Casino DVD/Video Horse Race Night will bring your guests all the fun and excitement of the races but in the comfort of your own venue.

Cabaret Casino horse race nights use high-definition video/DVD projection and digital sound equipment to bring all the excitement of a day at Kempton Park or Epsom to your event with a selection of 8 flat and hurdle races.

As an ice breaker to relieve anxiety on the first day of the seminar, meeting or as a memorable finale to your week's conference, a Cabaret Casino Fun Horse Racing event provides a welcome distraction from the conference/meeting room. Providing breakout entertainment offering a unique opportunity for social interaction and provides you with the much needed light hearted corporate entertainment to break up the day. As your guests arrive or when you think appropriate, they will be given a predetermined amount of

Cabaret Casino fun money, with this they can purchase throughout the event their tote tickets. At the end of the Race meeting the winner or winners is determined by whoever holds the most money and therefore receive the prize(s) on offer or you may decide to auction the prizes off to the highest bidder through the fun money.

What's Involved...

A Cabaret Race Night will bring your guests all the fun and excitement of a day at the races but in the comfort of your own venue. Whether promotional or fund raising, you are backing a real winner with CABARET RACING ! We will provide six or eight races over approximately two hours. Each race has eight starters. A projectionist with full 16mm equipment or large video and sound, who will also act as your MC and keep your Cabaret Casino Race Night running smoothly. If required, two ladies in Jockey silks will sell the tote tickets : calculate the winning dividends for each race : and pay out the monies to all winning ticket holders.

Once Cabaret Casino Racing is underway all your guests have to do is select the number of the runner that win each of the races shown on the screen. There are eight starters in each race and the numbers are clearly marked on the saddle cloth. Depending on the numbers of guests 15 to 20 minutes should be allowed from the end of the race to the beginning of the next one. Each race lastly 3-4 minutes, so six races should take about one and a half hours, eight races two hours.

When the tote is declared open, your guests are encouraged to buy their tickets for that particular race. When everybody has had a bet the tote is then closed. One of your guests then selects a race from the box of sealed cans: The jockey girls will be counting the tickets and calculating the dividend on the runners : the seal on the race can is broken and the race loaded onto the projector. You are then ready for the off!!!!!

Once the race has been shown and everyone knows whether they have won or not the MC will announce the value of each winning ticket. Those with the winning tickets will then go and receive their winnings, those with losing tickets should be encouraged to put them in the losers box for a prize draw at the end of the racing meeting. At this stage the tote is opened again for the next race. All our races have close finishes with winner being in doubt right up to the post. All have been run at top race courses throughout the World with many of today’s top jockeys riding with considerable prize money at stake. Make no mistake – all runners, horses or dogs, are racing for real: no contrived finishes, no holding them back. Your guests really will have something to shout about, as they watch their selections battle it out…. On the flat! Over the fences or chasing the hare…

How long before an event do you arrive and how long does it take you to set up and dismantle the equipment?

We always arrive at least one hour prior to the entertainment being provided. On average it takes 15 - 20 minutes to set up or dismantle the equipment. An event utilizing a considerable number of tables would require us to arrive earlier, to enable us to ensure that sufficient time has been allocated for setting up.

The event lasts approximately 2.5 hours depending on the number of guests.

We supply all our own equipment all that we require is a power socket.
